Super Iron Tincture 3 Tablespoons Yellow Dock and Nettle Leaf 2 Tablespoons Dandelion Root powder 2 Tablespoons Thyme Fifth Tito's Vodka Method: Grind herbs finely in a coffee grinder. Put herbs in cloth bag along with a small clean rock. Leave room in the bag for herb expansion. Tie shut securely (It is a mess if you don't :). Put in a 32 oz. jar. Add Tito's Vodka (it is more palatable and made in the U.S.) in jar. About half full. Let sit uncapped while herbs absorb the vodka. Top off as needed.
