Returns: We will only accept returns if you have
contacted us and receive return instructions. We will
offer store credit for items which are returned in
saleable condition, less a 15% restocking fee. Items
which are opened and/or used are obviously no longer
saleable. However, if you are not satisfied for any
reason, please contact us and we will work to make sure
you are satisfied. We stand behind our products.
Furthermore, we will be happy to answer any questions
you might have about our products before placing an
Refused Shipments: If the customer refuses delivery
for any reason, the order is considered a non-authorized
return and will incur a 20% restocking fee, plus all
shipping and handling charges. All shipping charges on
orders are non-refundable.
