Hi, You said you wanted feed-back on this item. Well, I got it! I was having a lot of problems starting with the castile shampoo, so you sent me some of this. I finally got the courage to use it and I am so glad that I did. I was afraid I would never be able to switch to your shampoos, but I used most of the bottle with a little conditioner afterward. It left my hair a little more dry than usual but now I started using the regular castile soap and my hair is nice and soft again. So I would say this stuff is FANTASTIC!!!!!!
