Tasty, Healthy Herbal blends without added salt. Use on meats, poultry, fish, potatoes, pasta, salads, soups.

(Note: I am using a 4 oz. volume shaker container...some herbs are heavier than others...)

Savory Herb Mix (2.5 oz) I find myself grabbing this wonderful tasting, power house blend. It is great in anything I have put it in...including sour cream for a chip dip! This is a power house blend of herbs that are great for a number of health issues we "older" persons can battle: arthritis, anxiety, cancer, heart disease, diabetes, ulcers, brain issues, stroke, memory loss, liver disease. Battle these by utilizing this blend often. Garlic, onion, basil, celery seed, parsley, ground 4-color pepper, oregano, marjoram, rosemary.

Italian Blend (1 oz.) This is a favorite salt free blend! I use this in lots of cooked dishes too! Oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme, sage, marjoram...great in sauces, stews, soups, fish and meat rubs. This is another power-house blend! These herbs are necessary for our continuing good health.

Make an herb-rich meal. When cooking pasta, or soups: Add ½ - 1 Tbls. of herbs to the water. Do not pour off, thicken water before serving with a little flour, corn starch or other thickener...(one of my favorites is a little Parmesan cheese.)

When pan cooking meats or vegetables: use olive oil, butter, or other light oil of your choice. Start with 1 Tbls. add to cold skillet and let warm. Add the herbs to the oil in the spots you will be putting the items. OR sprinkle the meat or vegetables before cooking.

Remember these herbs have great health benefits and your body will thank you for using them.

Cutting back on salt use? Stop using packaged foods...this is where the worst sodium overload comes from. Using a few sprinkles of a natural salt just before eating gives you the flavor of the salt while using significantly less. I love the Himalayan Pink. And I always use the Elite 4 color Pepper.
